Features: This wheel bolt pilot pin guide tool helps align the lug holes of the wheel with the vehicle hub for easier wheel and tire installation. The knurled end provides a secure grip during use. Made from cold-forged metric grade 10.9 carbon steel. Additional heat treatment enhances strength, durability, and performance. Precision-machined threads ensure proper fit on the vehicle hub. Zinc coating offers corrosion, rust, and scratch resistance. Verify your vehicle’s lug bolt thread size before purchase, as sizes vary by model. Ensure your wheel’s lug hole diameter is larger than 14 mm. Specifications: Material: Steel Thread Sizes: M12×1.5, M14×1.25, M14×1.5, M12×1.25 (optional) Installation Instructions: 1. Screw the guide bolt into one lug hole at or near the 12 o’clock position. 2. Place the wheel onto the hub—the guide bolt will pass through one lug hole. 3. Install and tighten the remaining lug bolts. 4. Remove the guide bolt. 5. Install the final lug bolt. 6. Torque all lug bolts in a star pattern to the manufacturer’s specified torque value.
