Welded Steel Hinge Alignment Tool

Engineered for professional-grade door maintenance, this hinge alignment tool is fabricated from a single piece of welded chrome vanadium steel — eliminating joints or weld seams that could weaken under torque. It comprises two fixed-size open-end wrenches: 14–19 mm and 23–25 mm — calibrated to engage the flat knuckle surfaces of flag hinges without rounding edges. The tool operates via rotational force applied to the hinge knuckle itself, enabling precise lateral realignment to correct vertical sag, lateral drift, or inconsistent closing behaviour. Its low-profile handle allows use where clearance between door and frame is as little as 3 mm. Compatible with standard EN 1155-compliant fire doors and ISO 14644-rated cleanroom doors using flag-mount hinge systems.
