This ultrasonic distance sensor features a fully integrated waterproof probe, enabling reliable operation in wet, dusty, or harsh industrial and outdoor environments. Its compact PCB-based construction measures just enough to fit seamlessly into tight spaces—ideal for embedded applications, robotics, and automation systems. Designed for low-power operation, it draws only 5mA in standby and 30mA during measurement, compatible with standard 5V DC power supplies. It delivers consistent readings across a wide operating temperature range of -10°C to 70°C, with a detection angle under 50° for focused sensing. Measurement range spans from 25 cm up to 4.5 m (9.84 in – 14.76 ft), resolving distances to approximately 0.5 cm (0.2 in). Wiring is simplified with four clear connections: +5V, Trig, Echo, and GND.
