Virtual COM USB Cash Trigger

The BT-100U is a compact, black plastic USB-to-cash-drawer trigger adapter that enables direct computer control of any standard 12V DC drawer. It draws power exclusively from the host USB port and uses a certified virtual COM port driver to emulate RS232 communication — meaning no software modification is needed for compatibility with existing POS systems. The driver dynamically allocates a unique COM port per connected BT-100U, supporting multiple drawers on one PC. Physical installation requires only plugging in the USB cable and connecting the drawer’s RJ12 trigger cable — no screws, mounting, or auxiliary power connections. Its design prioritises stability, ease of use, and broad interoperability across Windows-based retail environments.
