In general, all the components of dehydrated vegetable soups are natural preparations, rich in water-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin C and provitamin A (beta-carotene), which is one of the most important vitamins for preserving vision. They also contain vitamins of group B. In the same way they contain unchanged the minerals that the original vegetables contain, among which we highlight mainly potassium. Of course, we recommend those products whose components are from organic farming and that have the fewest preservatives, dyes, etc. It is recommended to suit the consumer.
