Engineered for versatility and reliability, this DC motor controller functions across a wide 9V–60V DC input range, accommodating both low-voltage prototyping and high-power industrial use cases. It sustains 12A continuous current and tolerates up to 20A momentarily, supporting motors up to 500W. Physical footprint is compact: 79mm long, 43mm wide, 26mm tall, with mounting holes spaced 39.3mm × 76.5mm. Weight is 43g (unit only), 65.5g (with packaging). Switching frequency is precisely adjustable from 1kHz to 99kHz in 1kHz steps (default 20kHz, ±1% tolerance); duty cycle is finely tuned from 0% to 100% in 1% increments. Every user-configured parameter — including default power state, duty cycle boundaries, and frequency — remains intact after power interruption thanks to built-in memory. A digital display reports current duty cycle, upper/lower limits (Lxx/Hxx format), and frequency (+xx). Operation uses a responsive encoder knob: single press initiates or halts motor operation; 10-second hold enters configuration mode; directional rotation modifies output. An auxiliary STOP input accepts clean 3.3V logic or momentary switch signals — suited for controlled environments only, as no internal electromagnetic interference mitigation is included.
