USB to RS485 RS232 Converter Module

Industrial-grade bidirectional half-duplex serial converter supporting USB-to-RS485 or USB-to-RS232 communication, selected via onboard DIP switch. Built with CH343G USB-UART bridge chip for true plug-and-play operation across Windows, macOS and Linux systems. Features integrated transient voltage suppressor, self-resetting fuse (200mA), ESD protection (15kV), and 600W surge protection. Terminal block interface for RS485/RS232 with GND, A+, B− pins; automatic hardware direction control eliminates need for RTS pin management. RS485 supports up to 32 nodes over 1200 metres at low speed; RS232 supports point-to-point connection up to 10 metres. Three status LEDs indicate power (PWR), transmit (TXD) and receive (RXD) activity. USB-A interface with 5V operating voltage and ~5m cable reach.
