Each kit includes all hardware necessary for installation, plus two pairs of keys for backup access. Installation requires cutting a hole on each side of the hood to fit the locking latch mechanism, which attaches using 6 screws, washers, and nuts. An additional hole must be drilled on each side of the radiator core support for the locking mechanism. Professional installation is highly recommended. After installation, your vehicle will have a clean, customized look, and opening or closing the hood remains convenient while keeping performance components secure.
