Uniform Thickness Burger Press

This manual burger press is fabricated from certified 304 stainless steel — a globally recognised food-safe alloy meeting EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for materials intended to come into contact with food. With a diameter of 12.5 cm and weight of 380 g, it strikes a deliberate balance between heft and manoeuvrability, enabling confident one-handed operation. Its minimalist geometry avoids unnecessary contours or recesses, streamlining cleaning and inspection — critical for UK home-based food businesses registered with local authorities. The press functions by transferring user-applied force directly and linearly into the patty, eliminating torque or twisting motion that can distort shape. It supports standard UK burger portion sizes (approx. 150–180 g raw weight) and works seamlessly with popular UK meat suppliers’ pre-minced packs (e.g., Waitrose Finest, Aldi Specially Selected, Tesco Finest). Whether used on a portable tabletop grill or a built-in outdoor kitchen, it delivers measurable improvements in cooking yield, visual presentation, and guest satisfaction.
