Undersized Rubber Band Saw Tire

Precision-engineered black rubber tyres for band saw and scroll wheel applications, available in five diameters: 8 inch (205 × 12.7 × 3 mm), 9 inch (230 × 12.7 × 3 mm), 10 inch (250 × 12.7 × 3 mm), 12 inch (317 × 20 × 3 mm), and 14 inch (350 × 24.5 × 3 mm). All variants share a uniform 3 mm thickness; widths range from 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) to 24.5 mm (1 inch) to suit corresponding wheel profiles. Designed for woodworking machinery, these tyres depend on deliberate circumferential undersizing to achieve firm, non-slip engagement with the wheel’s outer rim. Prior to mounting, soak in warm water for 3–5 minutes to enhance flexibility. Begin installation at one side of the wheel, press the tyre end firmly into the groove, and gradually work it around using a flat-blade screwdriver — avoid excessive force to prevent tearing. Adhesive application is optional and only recommended where vibration or heavy-duty use is expected.
