Each sled measures 30.5 cm × 30.5 cm (12" × 12") with a thickness of 1.27 cm (0.5"); total weight per sled is approx. 480 g. Constructed from solid UHMW polyethylene plastic — non-porous, dimensionally stable, and impervious to moisture or temperature-induced expansion/contraction. Features predrilled miter slot runners for direct table saw integration, including mounting screws. Low-friction surface ensures smooth, repeatable sliding without waxing or maintenance. Compatible with standard 3/4" miter slots on table saws, radial arm saws, benchtop workbenches, and drill press tables. Designed specifically for accurate crosscuts, repetitive joinery, and fixture-based operations in home workshops and small-scale production.
