TwoHandle Faucet Stem Refit Kit

A dedicated repair solution for Delta two-handle faucets installed in UK residential properties. Contains two identical assemblies: each with a machined brass stem (thread M10×1), stainless steel spring stop collar, flat rubber seat (8.5 mm OD), and dual-coil compression spring (14 mm free length, 1.2 mm wire diameter). Total kit volume is 85 cm³; packaged in recyclable cardboard with UK-language instructions. Designed for compatibility with Delta’s 2000–2020 two-handle product lines — including common bathroom basin mixers (e.g., Delta 2190, 2490), kitchen taps (e.g., Delta 2155, 2455), and bathtub spouts (e.g., Delta 2790). No modifications required — direct drop-in replacement for original Delta RP1740, RP24096, or RP19805 stem families. The kit resolves three core failure modes: (1) stem O-ring extrusion causing base leaks, (2) seat compression fatigue leading to trickle flow, and (3) spring fatigue resulting in incomplete valve closure. Restores full quarter-turn actuation and eliminates cold-water crossover in dual-control setups.
