Trim Tilt Piston Seal Kit E-Tec

A purpose-built trim tilt piston seal kit for Evinrude E-Tec outboards, constructed from high-resilience rubber and precision-machined metal parts. Exact dimensional replication of original equipment ensures proper seating and pressure retention in the tilt cylinder assembly. Includes all seals needed for full piston resealing, plus a dedicated end cap wrench for safe disassembly and reinstallation. Verified for use on 75–130 hp engines produced from 2005 through 2019, covering 60HO, 75, 90, 90HO, 115, and 130 hp configurations. Compatible with both early and late generation cylinder end cap designs, accommodating evolving service requirements across model years.
