Toolless Ceramic All-Metal Hotend

A next-generation hotend built around a ceramic heating core and all-metal thermal path, engineered for speed, reliability and ease of service. It achieves 200°C from ambient in seconds and sustains stable operation up to 300°C thanks to its full-metal heatbreak. Four brass nozzles (0.25 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm) allow instant adaptation to different print resolutions and flow rates. The toolless design permits safe, fast nozzle changes without heating or disassembly — ideal for multi-material workflows or frequent filament switching. Compatible with both Bowden and direct-drive extruders, its lightweight profile enhances dynamic performance on high-speed motion systems. All components are machined from durable metals for long service life and repeatable thermal performance.
