Tool-Free Portable AC Hose Filter Screen

This white exhaust hose adapter is compatible with 13 cm and 15 cm (130 mm / 150 mm) portable air conditioner exhaust pipes. Constructed from rigid, corrosion-resistant mesh material, it provides structural integrity while enabling high-volume airflow. Its slim profile allows seamless integration behind standard UK window sealing kits or sliding sash frames. The dual-layer mesh configuration functions as a passive pre-filter — capturing coarse and fine airborne contaminants before they enter the exhaust stream. This reduces internal hose soiling and protects the AC’s internal blower and heat exchanger from particulate buildup over time. The design prioritises minimal airflow resistance, meaning no measurable impact on cooling capacity or noise levels. Designed for real-world UK usage: works effectively in urban flats with traffic-side windows, rural homes near hayfields or gardens, and multi-occupancy dwellings where shared ventilation paths increase dust exposure. Also recommended for summer-only installations or pop-up cooling solutions where long-term hardware commitment isn’t practical.
