Thermal Black Foam Pipe Sleeve

Black thermal insulation pipe sleeves measure 180 cm (70.87 inches) in length and feature a closed-cell rubber-plastic foam composition. Wall thickness approx. 9 mm; inner diameters offered: 19 mm (0.75 inch), 25 mm (0.98 inch), and 32 mm (1.26 inch). Lightweight, flexible, and engineered for consistent thermal performance. The material provides inherent fire resistance and high-temperature tolerance, making it suitable for both cold and warm service applications. Its closed-cell nature prevents moisture absorption — avoiding degradation or mould risk often seen with fibreglass or mineral wool in damp outdoor settings. Ideal for quick retrofitting: cut with household scissors, stretch slightly if needed, and slide into place. Compatible with copper, PEX, PVC, and stainless steel pipes. Commonly deployed on external domestic water feeds, AC condensate drains, rooftop HVAC runs, workshop air lines, and industrial refrigeration ducts.
