TheraNatal Lactation Complete is a comprehensive postnatal supplement to support you and your baby's nutrient needs while breastfeeding. It contains several important nutrients including methylated folate, iodine, choline, biotin, and omega-3s (DHA and EPA) from a refined fish oil concentrate certified by the Marine Stewardship Council and independently content-certified by NSF International and IFOS. This supplement provides 160 mcg of vitamin D3 to ensure your baby receives the recommended amount of vitamin D through your breast milk alone. It consists of 3 pills a day: one purple tablet with methylated folate and choline, one white tablet with high-dose vitamin D3, vitamin B6, extra choline, and biotin, and one softgel with 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA from a sustainable fish source.
