It functions as both a calf stretcher and knee wedge: when placed under the forefoot, it promotes safe ankle dorsiflexion to improve calf and Achilles flexibility; when flipped, the broader base supports the distal thigh or proximal tibia during supine or prone knee-bend mobilisations. The closed-cell EPP material is moisture-resistant, hygienic, and easy to wipe clean — suitable for shared or clinical environments. No assembly or accessories required.
