It is advisable to take before the age of 5: 1 teaspoon before bedtime. After 5 years: 2 teaspoons before bedtime. In a 1 to 2 month program. Renew several times a year if necessary. This product may also be suitable for adults over 15 years old. Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended dose.
