Precision-engineered bicycle star nut installation tool set made from 304 stainless steel and hardened aluminum alloy. Total weight approx. 102g. Includes auxiliary sleeve (47mm height × 32mm diameter), star nut rod (35mm length × 15mm diameter), and handlebar screw (30mm length, one end with 3mm hex fit). Compatible with 22.2mm, 25.4mm and 28.6mm headset suspension cores — covering most modern MTB and road fork standards. Surface treated with anodising and sandblasting for non-slip grip and refined metallic texture. Star nut component features nickel plating and hardening heat treatment for dent resistance and long-term durability under repeated mallet impact.
