A functional, no-nonsense garlic press made entirely from rust-resistant stainless steel, designed around a rocking motion for natural force application. Length: 18 cm; weight: 220 g; chamber depth: 2.8 cm. Ergonomic handles provide palm support and reduce slippage. The die plate contains 21 precisely aligned holes (1.2 mm Ø) arranged to maximise yield and minimise waste. Includes a dedicated nylon-bristle cleaning brush sized to fit each aperture.
