A functional, field-proven bolt mechanism designed exclusively for overhead loft hatches in UK residential settings. Constructed from solid aluminum alloy with a matte black, white or silver finish, it integrates a linear spring system and ergonomic pull ring into a compact, low-profile housing. Bolt extension is 12 mm; total unit length approx. 75 mm (see image for scale). Intended for mounting on the hatch flap or frame edge — compatible with both timber-framed and composite-core hatches.
