Split Core Current Transformer Sensor 1000A to 5A AC Open Type Clamp

5A Split Core Current Transformer Sensor This split core current transformer sensor is designed for AC current measurement with a 1000A to 5A conversion ratio. The open type CT construction allows for easy installation without disconnecting existing wiring, making it a practical choice for monitoring electrical loads in a range of settings. Simple Installation The split core design means the sensor can be clipped around a conductor quickly and safely, reducing downtime during setup. This makes it particularly useful for retrofitting into existing electrical panels, distribution boards, or industrial equipment where interrupting the circuit would be inconvenient. High Frequency Performance Engineered for high frequency applications, this transformer is intended for use in high frequency settings. The 5A secondary output provides a standard interface for connecting to measurement and monitoring equipment. Versatile Application With a rated capacity of 1000A on the primary side, this sensor is suited to commercial and industrial environments. The open type format offers flexibility for use in energy management, load monitoring, or equipment protection applications.
