Slim 130mm Oud Risha Picks Set

This set contains five individually crafted picks measuring 130 × 11 × 0.1 mm (5.12 × 0.43 × 0.004 in), made from ABS-based celluloid material. Total item weight is 16 g (0.56 oz); packaged weight is 17 g (0.60 oz) in a compact 16 × 4 × 3 cm (6.30 × 1.57 × 1.18 in) box. Each pick features a glossy, reflective surface and fully rounded, polished edges for safety and comfort. Compatible with oud, yueqin (moon lute), liu-qin, ruan, and other traditional plucked string instruments requiring fine, flexible plectra. The slim cross-section ensures minimal string resistance and fast rebound, supporting authentic Middle Eastern and East Asian playing styles. Their lightweight construction reduces hand fatigue during extended tremolo passages or melodic ornamentation. The anti-slip texture enhances control even with sweaty fingers or humid stage conditions — critical for live oud performance. Used widely by students and professionals across UK conservatoires and Arabic/Turkish music ensembles, these picks bridge historical authenticity with modern reliability — offering the responsiveness of vintage celluloid without its brittleness or inconsistency.
