Secure Seal Sand Filter Clamp

A dedicated valve clamp solution for 10 inch sand filter installations, engineered to deliver consistent radial compression across the filter tank-to-valve interface. Outer diameter: 7.08 inches (180 mm); weight: 120 g; material: reinforced engineering plastic with surface-hardened finish. Compatible with Hayward, Pentair, and generic 10 inch sand filter models sold in the UK and EU. Includes one clamp, two M6 × 25 mm stainless steel bolts, and two nylon-insert lock nuts. Designed for use with standard 2-inch port multiport valves. Installation sequence: finger-tighten until flange contact is uniform, then apply ≤ 2 Nm torque with 4 mm Allen key — exceeds industry-recommended maximum for plastic valve seats.
