Seashell Cavatelli Maker Aluminum Press

27 cm long × 11 cm wide × approx. 5 cm high (measured at highest point); net weight 960 g. Entirely constructed from solid aluminum alloy—no plastic components, no welds, no coatings. Intended exclusively for forming cavatelli: dough must be rolled to ~2 mm thickness, floured lightly, then pressed through the grooved die via hand-cranked rotation. Works reliably on marble, stainless steel, or laminated countertops. Package contains one unit only. Cleaning: use stiff-bristle brush to remove dried dough, wipe with dry cloth, air dry completely before storage. Never soak or rinse under running water.
