Rustproof ABS Copper Primer Pump

Engineered for longevity in aggressive marine environments, this fuel primer pump uses a hybrid construction of copper and ABS plastic — combining metallic resilience with polymer dimensional stability. It functions strictly as a manual primer body (no internal pumping mechanism or reservoir), requiring user-actuated plunger motion to introduce fuel directly into the carburettor venturi. Material choice prioritises resistance to oxidation, ethanol-blended fuel degradation, and thermal expansion mismatch — common failure points in older primer units. Confirmed compatibility spans Yamaha JS-series (JS300 to JS550), Kawasaki WAVEJAMMER/SUPERJET models (1986–1997), Bombardier SEA-DOO variants (SP, SPI, GT, GTS), and select Polaris snowmobiles using compatible carburettor configurations (BN38/44, Super BN, BNI 38–46 mm). Designed for users who maintain classic watercraft themselves: straightforward installation, no calibration needed, and full alignment with legacy service manuals for JS440, SUPERJET 650, and FX1 701 platforms.
