Rust Proof Outdoor Basketball Net

Specifically developed for UK and Northern European climates, this net combats persistent dampness, low-light UV conditions, and seasonal freeze-thaw cycles that rapidly degrade organic fibre nets. The stainless steel chain is sourced from EU-certified mills and undergoes salt-spray testing to ISO 9227 standards for 500+ hours with zero red rust formation. Link edges are fully deburred and radius-finished to prevent rope burn on hands or abrasion on rim padding. Weight distribution ensures vertical hang stability in winds up to 40mph without flapping or noise. Compatible with both round and square rim profiles, and validated for use with backboard-mounted breakaway mechanisms. Ideal for community centres, housing association courts, and academy training zones where reliability and safety compliance are non-negotiable.
