Compact footprint: 1.37 inches wide × 1.96 inches deep × 7.5 inches long. Built from solid aluminum alloy — non-magnetic, non-reactive with acidic foods, and impervious to UK tap water minerals that cause rust in lower-grade steels. No coatings or plating to chip or wear off. Dual-action chamber: left-side micro-perforations extract maximum juice and fibre-free mince; right-side linear slits create 1.2mm-thick slices with clean edges and minimal crushing. Handles garlic cloves from 18–28mm diameter without jamming. Handles shaped for natural hand alignment — thumb rests sit at optimal angle for leverage. Integrated cleaning tool slides into channels to eject trapped particles. Also includes a compact garlic roller (diameter 1.1 inches) and nylon-bristle garlic brush (length 4.5 inches), both storable on the press body.
