Robust 60A DPDT Manual Disconnect Switch

Industrial-grade 2-pole double-throw (DPDT) knife blade disconnect switch rated for 60A continuous current. Constructed with UL94-V0 flame-retardant housing and copper alloy knife contacts with silver-plated mating surfaces. Approximate dimensions: 120 mm × 55 mm × 75 mm (L×W×H); weight: 450 g. Designed for panel or DIN-rail mounting using M4 hardware; compatible with standard 6.35 mm knife terminals. Delivers fully mechanical, zero-electronic operation — no coils, no springs, no auxiliary contacts. Each pole features independent but synchronised throw action, with distinct audible feedback and full visual blade exposure in OFF position. Contact resistance remains below 0.5 mΩ after 5,000 operational cycles under rated load. Used where unambiguous isolation and deterministic circuit routing are mandatory: manual transfer between grid and generator supply, bidirectional DC power routing in battery systems, or safe lockout/tagout (LOTO) points in commercial HVAC and water treatment controls. Installation requires verification against BS 7671 and equipment-specific voltage class (max 600V AC / 440V DC).
