Terrasana rice paper is an organic rice paper. In just a few minutes you can enjoy a low-calorie snack or street lunch. Best for the fresh variety: summer rolls. The leaves are very thin. It is spread, steamed and the rice flour, salt and water are dried. In the past, this was done on woven bamboo dishes. You can still see this diamond pattern on rice paper today. It is recommended to immerse the leaves 1 by 1 in warm water. Do not dip for more than 5-10 seconds, they will soften on their own during filling. Fill with rice noodles, vegetables and, for example, smoked tofu and dip them in your favorite sauce. After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 ° C).
