Replacement Elastic Cord For Concept2 Rower

This is a single, factory-aligned elastic cord made from resilient rubber, measuring 26–27 inches (66–68.5 cm) in relaxed state. It is intended exclusively for Concept2 Model D (500 series) and Model E (550 series) rowing machines — confirmed via physical fit testing on UK-sourced units. The cord’s elasticity supports controlled concentric and eccentric loading during arm-focused movements, with minimal snap-back lag or hysteresis. Its surface texture provides secure grip against metal rails and carabiners, reducing slippage risks during fast-paced drills. Storage is simplified by its self-coiling nature and negligible weight — it occupies less space than a smartphone and can be hung from the rower’s monitor arm or tucked beneath the seat. Users report improved workout variety and reduced monotony when incorporating this cord into structured routines — especially those balancing desk-based work with limited daily exercise windows.
