Reliable Sewing Machine Foot Control

A robust, mechanically driven foot pedal engineered for daily reliability across diverse domestic sewing platforms. Physical dimensions: 14.5 cm × 9.5 cm × 6.5 cm; mass: ~380 g. Housing is injection-moulded ABS with matte finish for grip and scratch resistance. Internal components include a corrosion-resistant steel pivot arm, silicone-damped return spring, and sealed snap-action switch with gold-plated contacts for low-resistance signal transfer. The 2.5 m cable uses 0.5 mm² stranded copper conductors and is fitted with moulded 2-pin connectors meeting IEC 60320 C7/C8 standards. No software, batteries, or calibration required — functions purely as a momentary contact switch with progressive engagement based on foot pressure. Validated across Bernina Funlock series, Elna Pro and L-series, Juki HZL/MO lines, Pfaff 300–700 series and Smart/Smarter ranges, plus broad Singer model coverage — from vintage 1116 to current 3223 Simple and 4228 Heavy Duty — this pedal supports continuity of use across generations of machines.
