Continuous current rating: 40 A; peak instantaneous current: 60 A. Speed control range: 0–100% via digital PWM at 15 kHz switching frequency. Uses linear output under load and fence-type terminal block wiring. Built-in LCD with backlight displays real-time speed percentage, direction (forward/reverse), operating mode, current draw, and elapsed working time. Features intelligent dual-mode operation — manual (potentiometer-free jog control) and fully automatic (timed forward-stop-reverse cycling). Supports programmable slow-start and slow-stop (0–10 sec), adjustable speed limits (min 0%, max 100%), and configurable acceleration/deceleration steps (1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25% per key press). Total runtime can be set from 1 second up to 99h 59m 59s. In automatic mode, forward, stop, and reverse durations are independently adjustable from 1 second to 99 hours. Designed exclusively for brushed DC motors. No support for brushless (BLDC) or AC motors. Input polarity must be observed — positive and negative terminals must match motor polarity. Voltage supplied must match the motor’s rated voltage within the 10–55 V range.
