PVC-Mount Stainless D-ring Set

Set of six circular D-ring patches, each integrating a precision-stamped 304 stainless steel D-buckle with a 40mm-diameter, 2.5mm-thick PVC mounting base. Total assembled weight: ~115g. No hardware or adhesive included — designed for permanent bonding using industry-standard PVC contact cement. The D-rings are rated for repeated hand-tensioned loads typical of paddle sports and small-craft safety systems — including securing paddles during portages, anchoring dry bags, attaching grab lines, or routing thigh strap buckles. Compatible with all common PVC inflatable platforms: sit-on-top kayaks, whitewater rafts, yacht tenders, folding canoes, and inflatable SUPs. Installation surface must be clean, dry, and free of oils or UV inhibitors; curing time is 24 hours before load application. Once set, the bond resists immersion, flexing, and temperature fluctuation — supporting reliable performance across UK coastal tides, inland rivers, and lake conditions.
