Puncher dimensions: 12 cm × 3.5 cm × 2.5 cm; net weight 180 g. Eyelets: cold-forged steel, 4 mm inner diameter, 8 mm outer diameter, 1.5 mm flange height, polished surface finish. Achieves clean, round 4 mm holes in one motion — tested on 80 gsm copy paper, 250 gsm cardstock, and 0.3 mm PET-laminated sheets. Compatible with standard UK filing and display systems, including ring binders, clipboards, and wall-mounted card holders. Used for creating reusable event wristbands, staff ID inserts, product spec cards, invoice trackers, and educational flashcards. Maintains alignment and retention integrity even after repeated insertion/removal — unlike adhesive or plastic fasteners that lose grip or leave residue.
