Prepared gluten-free vegetable egg Eco from Hort del Silenci. It is chickpea flour conditioned to be an egg substitute. To obtain the equivalent of a large egg (50g). Mix 1 heaping tablespoon (15g) of vegetable egg with 4 heaping tablespoons (35g) of water until the product is completely dissolved. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
