Precision Magnetic Planer Blade Jig

This magnetic woodworking jig is constructed from high-strength, high-hardness metal for long-term durability and reliable workshop use. It features heavy-duty adjustable magnets that securely hold planer blades up to 20 inches (508 mm) in length, enabling precise alignment during installation. The ergonomic, no-disassembly design simplifies operation — simply place the gauge assembly over the cutterhead and adjust. Compatible with all standard planers, jointers, and combination planer/thicknessers, including moulder heads with cutterhead diameters ranging from 75 mm (2-9/16") to 125 mm (5-1/8"). Height adjustment spans 22 mm with fine 0.15 mm increments for accurate leveling. Each of the two included calibrators is housed in a magnetic frame for stable, hands-free attachment directly to the steel cutterhead — keeping fingers clear while maintaining exact knife alignment throughout setup.
