Precision 14-Bit Magnetic Angle Sensor Module

Engineered around the AS5048A IC, this module delivers high-fidelity absolute angular position sensing using non-contact magnetic technology. It achieves 14-bit resolution (16,384 positions per 360°) and ±0.05° measurement accuracy. Power input is 5V DC. Outputs include PWM for analog-style interpretation and digital values via SPI or I²C interfaces. Designed for ease of integration: zero-angle setting is programmable in-system using standard serial commands, and mechanical installation tolerates magnet-centre offset and air-gap variation. Rated for continuous operation from −40°C to +150°C. Supplied with one encoder PCB and one wiring harness. Substrate material is synthetic paperboard — chosen for thermal stability and low mass in dynamic applications.
