Each contains a factory-fitted 20G (0.8 mm) surgical stainless steel stud with 6 mm post length, matched to typical adult earlobe thickness. Constructed with rigid medical-grade polypropylene housing and EN 1811-compliant stud material. Uses a linear-action spring drive generating 0.3–0.4 Nm force — engineered for reliable, low-shear tissue entry.
