Polyester Mesh Butterfly Net

Built for authenticity and everyday use, this butterfly net combines a corrosion-proof stainless steel telescopic handle with resilient polyester mesh. The mesh ring measures approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in outer diameter, extends 24 inches (61 cm) deep, and uses a 2 mm weave — proven effective for temporary containment and gentle release of butterflies and other small flying insects. The handle adjusts seamlessly from compact 15 inches to full 59 inches and locks on both sides to ensure no slippage or torsion during active use. Suitable for nature-based play, school fieldwork, garden pest monitoring, and beginner entomology in UK residential and rural settings.
