PO Mode 20A Motor Controller 6V-36V

This compact 83 × 46 × 20 mm PCB-based DC motor controller supports input voltages from 4 V to 40 V DC, with optimal performance between 6 V and 36 V. The output voltage mirrors the input, enabling direct drive of 6 V, 12 V or 24 V DC motors. It delivers up to 20 A continuous current, with static power draw of only 0.1 W and 0.6 W under no-load conditions. All control inputs (K1, K2, SW1, SW2) respond to active-low signals — compatible with standard NPN-NO sensors — and register valid input when voltage drops below 2 V. Forward/reverse commands react within 20 ms; stop commands within 50 ms. Designed for 150,000 mechanical cycles. In PO (self-locking) mode, a momentary forward trigger initiates uninterrupted forward rotation until interrupted by either a reverse command or a limit signal — no latching relay or external logic required.
