Plastic Adjustable Needle Valve For Cisterns

A compact, all-plastic adjustable inlet valve intended for retrofit use in older gravity-fed toilet cisterns. Total length: 75 mm; thread diameter: 20.9 mm (G1/2 inch BSP); operating temperature range: 2°C–35°C. Uses a tapered stainless-steel needle tip seated against a polymer valve seat for repeatable shut-off. Does not rely on buoyancy, springs, or rubber diaphragms — eliminating two major failure points found in modern replacement valves when installed in legacy tanks. Compatible with both low-level and high-level cistern setups common in UK period properties. Installation requires only a standard adjustable wrench — no pipe cutting or system draining needed beyond standard tank isolation.
