Pi 5 Cooling Case with Full Access

A functional, no-compromise enclosure tailored for Raspberry Pi 5 users who prioritise thermal performance and expandability. The case uses injection-moulded ABS with uniform wall thickness (1.8 mm) for balanced strength and weight. Exact cutouts allow simultaneous connection of both micro-HDMI cables, M.2 NVMe SSDs, camera modules, and GPIO-based peripherals without removal or repositioning. Fan placement is offset slightly toward the SoC to maximise cooling efficiency, with airflow directed along the board’s longest axis. The bottom plate includes rubber feet for grip and slight elevation to aid underside ventilation. Assembly requires zero tools — panels lock via friction-fit tabs and retain securely during transport or handling.
