PEX L PPR Internal External Reamer

A dedicated manual reaming solution for PEX-L and PPR piping systems, this tool features a rigid plastic construction designed for durability and dimensional stability. It supports four common size groupings: 16–20–25 mm, 16–18–20 mm, 20–25–32 mm, and 16–25–32 mm — matching the most frequently installed pipe diameters across UK residential projects. The reamer performs dual-action preparation: externally chamfering pipe ends to remove sharp edges and internally calibrating roundness to ensure full insertion depth into fittings. Its geometry is purpose-built for PEX-AL and PPR materials — accounting for their layered structure and thermal expansion behaviour. Packaged in a 9 x 9 x 4 cm box, total weight is 60 g.
