PE EVA Pool Vacuum Coupling Adapter

This X77094 coupling adapter merges high-density PE for dimensional stability with EVA’s shock-absorbing elasticity — yielding a connector that stays aligned under tension, resists torque-induced deformation, and retains grip after prolonged immersion. Total weight remains under 120 g, and wall thickness is optimised for both crush resistance and bend radius — enabling smooth passage through narrow skimmer throats and ladder gaps. The twist-lock interface is engineered with fine-pitch ribs and chamfered entry — guiding alignment effortlessly and minimising wear on mating threads. Once locked, it sustains vacuum pressure up to 0.8 bar without creep or separation, matching the operational envelope of Zodiac’s MX series pumps. Directly replaces part number X77094 on Zodiac MX6 and MX8 automatic cleaners, as well as Baracuda X7 Quattro units. Not interchangeable with MX10, G3, or Polaris models. Prior to commissioning, submerge and fill the entire hose length to displace all air — unprimed hoses float, leading to inconsistent suction, motor strain, and incomplete cleaning passes — especially noticeable on tiled or vinyl-lined UK pools with minimal slope.
