Oxidation Cream Valquer 12% 1000ml

What is it? An oxidizing emulsion with hydrogen peroxide at 40 volumes (12%).What is it used for? Color develops when mixed with hair coloring cream for permanent coloring. Also, mix with bleaching powder to discolour hair.How to apply? Stir well in a plastic bowl with a coloring cream or fading powder to form a homogenous cream and apply.Caution: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes.
