This printhead replacement uses ABS thermoplastic for structural integrity and weight efficiency. The unit replicates the original mechanical interface, pinout configuration, and operational voltage range. Installation follows the same procedure as the factory-fitted component — simply power down the printer, open the access panel, remove the old printhead, and click the new one into place.
