Non-Toxic EVA Teeth Grinding Guard

A complete two-tray system — one upper, one lower — engineered for bruxism management and TMJ symptom relief. Fabricated from food-grade EVA, certified non-toxic and entirely odourless. Each tray is 10.5 cm long, 4.5 cm wide, and 0.1 cm thick, weighing approximately 12 g. Fitting uses a controlled thermal method: submerge in 80°C water for 5 seconds, cool in air for 10 seconds, then press onto teeth until set. Final adjustment involves simple trimming at the gum line with household scissors. Post-fitting, the guards deliver resilient cushioning against grinding impact and maintain dimensional stability during extended wear — and may also be repurposed for whitening applications thanks to their inert, non-reactive surface.
