Multi-Tier Rotating Top With Fold

Physical specs: 25 cm wide × 18.5 cm tall; constructed entirely from recyclable polypropylene plastic with matte-finish colour application. Features three concentric rotating rings mounted on a unified central hub, each ring rotating at differing angular velocities due to gearless kinetic coupling. Fully foldable via hinge-point joints at mid-height, compressing vertically without tools or disassembly. Operation requires only two actions: wind the base cord clockwise 8–10 times, then lift and gently oscillate the unit side-to-side to engage rotational inertia. Spin duration averages 45–65 seconds depending on surface and launch consistency. Surface-tested on UK-standard domestic flooring types including Axminster wool carpet and Karndean vinyl. Designed for durability: withstands ≥5,000 launch cycles in lab testing. Suitable for supervised indoor use in homes, classrooms, and after-school clubs. Aligns with BS EN71-1:2014 + A1:2018 mechanical safety standards for toys.
